Social Jobs (SoJo)
The Social Jobs (SoJo) Program connects people with meaningful careers in the social sector. We support job seekers from search to offer with resume building, interview preparation, training and mentorship. We also provide NGOs with curated training and development in new-age skills, so the sector's people and organizations grow together.
What We Do
Social Jobs is SoJo Foundation's flagship employment program. We connect job seekers — especially youth from underserved communities — with ethical employers in the social sector. Our services include:

Who It's For
